is this the really difficult layering thing you were talking about? looks cool. what happens if you do this with color? are all of the layers transparent?

the top layer is transparent, i changed its opacity with photoshop. what you do is find an image u want to join with another image, go to "layer" and hit "duplicate layer". there is a layer box and u drag the unlocked second layer into the other image. hit edit, freetransform: move it to the position you want on top of the other image. u can turn it upsidedown if u want. then hit enter so it sets it, then go to layer and i think under layer properties you will find "blending options..." and there is a slider for opacity. bring it down to about 50% or whatev looks right. then save the file as a jpeg.

thats it!! color is no different, you can get some really tight effects! i posted more in my "megnetism" blog!!
